These natural variations do not constitute defects.

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

8. Live Plant Disclaimer

Plants are perishable living products.

Minor variations, slight leaf damage during transit, temporary wilting due to shipping stress, or natural seasonal changes are normal and generally recover with proper care.

LeafNLux cannot guarantee flowering or fruiting at the time of delivery unless specifically mentioned.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A dead plant

  • A severely damaged product

  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs

  • An uninterrupted unboxing video from opening the package until inspection

Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.

10. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of live plants:

  • Live plants are generally not eligible for return.

  • Refunds or replacements are provided only after verification of eligible claims.

  • Non-living products may be eligible for return according to our Return Policy.

11. Plant Care

Customers are responsible for providing appropriate care after delivery.

LeafNLux is not responsible for plant health after delivery due to:

  • Improper watering

  • Overwatering

  • Underwatering

  • Lack of sunlight

  • Pest infestation

  • Improper soil conditions

  • Environmental factors
